Erin was born and raised in Rochester, NY and graduated from John Carroll University. Shortly after, Erin moved to Chicago where she worked as a commercial real estate agent and exclusively represented Starbucks Coffee, working to secure high profile lease and purchase opportunities in the downtown and suburban retail markets. Her love for Rochester, passion for real estate, and desire to be part of a dynamic organization drew her back to her hometown to join our team in 2017. Just one year later, Erin earned the title of having the highest residential real estate sale within her brokerage. After 7 years with the team, Erin has sold over $100 million in residential real estate, with $26.5 million in personal sales in 2023! Her success in real estate is undoubtedly driven by her warm nature, responsiveness, extensive knowledge of the Rochester market, and-most importantly- her willingness to go above and beyond for her clients. When not busy with real estate, you can find Erin spending time with her husband, Dave, and their two adorable sons, Brayden and Brody, hiking in one of the many great parks in the area and spending time with family on Keuka Lake.
