Corey James Moran was born and raised in Endicott, NY. He attended SUNY Brockport, where he graduated with a major in broadcast communications and a minor in English. Discovering his love of radio in college, he ended up turning it into a nearly 20-year career hosting and co-hosting radio shows in Albany, New York and Virginia Beach, VA before returning to Rochester, NY in 2014. Corey bridges the personal interactions he had with his show listeners to the relationships he builds with his clients. He also brings the same incredible energy and enthusiasm that he had on the radio into the real estate world. For the past two years, Corey has had annual sales that exceed $13M and attributes his success to being transparent with his clients, listening to what they want and need, and having the opportunity to be part of an incredibly insightful and supportive team. He currently lives in Canandaigua with his wife Courtney and their two sons Mason and Ashton.
