Meet Zach

I’m Zach Warner—a Rochester native and New York-licensed real estate broker. I help homeowners and real estate investors move through complex transactions with a clear plan, disciplined decision-making, and concierge-level execution.

My approach starts with alignment. Before we talk pricing or property details, we define the objectives that matter most to you—and the key considerations that shape a successful outcome (listing preparation, post-sale planning, and your preferred level of involvement, among others). From there, my team and I build a strategy based on the local market, your specific property, and the conditions we’re operating in during our time working together.

Working with real estate investors is a major concentration in my business. Along with my own experience rehabbing and flipping multiple properties—and a construction background—I bring a disciplined lens to help clients make intelligent decisions. This includes comprehensive underwriting, obtaining commercial/private financing, and experience with strategies such as 1031 exchange.

I hold a New York State Broker license, a Florida Sales Associate license, and an NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license. I’m currently enrolled in Harvard Extension School’s Principles of Real Estate and Real Estate Finance & Investment Markets (Winter 2026) as part of a real estate investment graduate certificate track, and I’m pursuing the NAR Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation (anticipated Winter 2026).

Outside of real estate, I enjoy experiencing new cultures and exploring—I’ve traveled across five continents, including the Czech Republic, Saudi Arabia, and Tanzania. I also enjoy mountaineering and have climbed Cotopaxi and Kilimanjaro, among others.
