This third-floor apartment is fully furnished, has in unit laundry, and includes all utilities — just show up with some clothes and let us take care of everything else. Final price depends on the length of stay: Stays of 3 months or less during the summer are $67/day, stays of 3-6 months are $60/day and stays over 6 months are $54/day. Additional cleaning fee of $150/stay not included in monthly rent. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and within 20ft of the building. There is a shared side yard for Guests to use.
